Dr Tang is a Principal Investigator of the Lab of Brain-Computer ASICs and System. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Wuhan University in 2012 and obtained a Ph.D. in Circuit and System from Nanyang Technological University in 2018. He then joined the National University of Singapore as a postdoctoral researcher. From 2021 to 2024, he served as a Principal Investigator at Zhejiang Lab. Dr. Tang is a registered expert of the ISO/IEC SC43 Brain-Computer Interface working group, a member of the Brain-Machine Interface Subcommittee of the National Technical Committee on Standardization, a Technical Committee Member (TPC) of the IEEE ICTA conference, and an invited reviewer for IEEE top journals such as JSSC and TBioCAS. He is also an adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Biomedical Engineering and Instrumentation at Zhejiang University. In January 2025, he joined the Guangdong Institute of Intelligence Science and Technology as a Principal Investigator. Dr. Tang has led and participated in multiple national and provincial research projects and has published over 30 academic papers and been granted more than 30 patents.
